I was surfing Podfitness this morning and was very impressed with the sample workouts I heard. It’s cool to hear music and specific instructions by fitness experts guiding you through each and every step of your workout.

I was tempted to take up the offer to try it for free for 30 days. But I forgot all about it until I read my horoscope on facebook today. It says:

You may be making or spending money today, and you will have a lot more enthusiasm for shopping than normal. Just keep your eye on the budget, especially if you are tempted by sporting goods, exercise equipment or a new automobile. Get the extended warrantee.

BSB: To go or not to go?

Damn it! I wrote a long post about whether or not I should go to Backstreet Boys’ concert on Feb 27 at Sunway Lagoon and it’s gone!

Anyway, yeah, that was my dilemma. Feb 27 is a Wednesday ie a working day/night. As much as I love BSB, it’s not worth the hassle of beating the traffic to Sunway to see them… or is it? Oh man…. I wanna go but I’m malas too. I’ll have to give this some thought. I’ll keep you posted.
